@mercerdrones We apologize for the misinformation. These are the maximum range specifications we received from the drone manufacturer but the environment can affect the range as well. If you need larger and more reliable range for your case, one option would be using the drone with Blockly. It may produce better results because it uses the computer's internal BLE instead of the board. Another option would be using CoDrone Mini, which uses radio frequency as opposed to Bluetooth. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention and I will have our team look into it and update our documentation!
@lallen128 If you are referring to the default program described in this lesson then it is the flight controller program. With this code, you can manually control the drone using the joystick controller. Keep in mind any new programs that you upload will replace the current one on the board.
@ksmith20 Could you send a picture of your setup as well? There may be an issue where the BLE module is not properly connected to the Arduino board. If you are still having issues, I will send you an email with some instructions on how to schedule a support call.

Are you by any chance using Snap! to program instead of Blockly, our new block coding platform? It should help resolve some of your issues and you can find all of our lessons here.
If you are using Blockly, could you provide your laptop specs (operating system, version, brand)?

Unfortunately, you will need to upload the code again and do the pairing process with CoDrone.pair(Nearest). Then, reupload the same code with CoDrone.pair(). After you've done this, it helps to label both the CoDrone and remote with a sticker or number. Hope this helps!
@eric For Blockly, you do not need to connect the BLE board so you can disconnect it from the computer. Try again without anything connected and it should work just fine If you are still having issues, try and update your Chrome browser.
@james-whitee There are quite a few things you need to set up on the Arduino software to be able to upload to our custom board. Check this lesson to make sure you have the board files and the right USB driver for your operating system. If none of these solutions work for you, please send a screenshot of the error. Thanks!
