@sharon If the account wasn't deleted by mistake, then the user does exist but the browser is having trouble loading it. We recommend closing the tab and reloading the page completely. If it doesn't show up after a few tries, there is a way that you can access the user data but we would need to set up a support call to show you how. Let us know if this helps!
Hi @sharon ! We would need to see your code and how you are using the gyroscope data. The gyroscope will not update on its own if you are trying to use in a loop. Please attach a file or screenshot so that we can guide you on your project!
@sharon We apologize for the delay. While we look into the issue, could you try charging your Zumi by connecting to the Raspberry Pi (green board) instead? You can access those by opening the window on Zumi's left side. Let us know if this works or not so that we can contact you for a possible replacement.
@ggale12 Unfortunately, some of our customers with that particular OLED have issues so we are replacing them. We will contact you via the email associated with your forum account to get a replacement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Thank you for your help! I checked my laptop Internet connection, but my laptop doesn't have any wired connection and ethernet cable connection. When I connected to Zumi via wi-fi, Zumi said " You Found Me". After that, when I entered 'zumidashboard.ai' in Chrome, it was the same display, but when I changed to Edge, I was able to go to the page "Hi, I'm Zumi 1234". Internet Explorer did not work as well as Chrome.
Anyway, my problem seems to be solved. Thank you very much.
