So it seems like some of the connections are incorrect
please check out the pins echo and trig are connected in the following image

We apologize for the delay. Unfortunately Arduino has some trouble with some versions of the Mac OS, especially Catalina. Please upgrade your computer to the latest version of Mac OS X if possible. Unfortunately, the Arduino issue is out of our control. You may need to keep checking on Arduino and Mac updates to see if the issue gets resolved.

@efraim-fleisher It may be your IR thresholds are set too high. If you attach a screenshot or copy the text of your code here that will help us diagnose the problem. Also double-check that the motor wires are connected properly. Refer to the build guides for Mouse Bot. It may cause the spinning.

@vj753 Hi, I think from the video it shows that the IR sensors are detecting lighting on the left resulting in your issue.

Please do the following:
-Check that the motors are in the correct position and that the motors are connected with their ends in the following pattern:
Motor 1(M1) should be on the left side (Red Black)
Motor 2(M2) should be on the right side(Black Red)

There should be little plus and minus indicators to show this (red is positive "+", black is negative"-")

If this does not work can you please provide a picture of your setup if possible videos work well too!

@sstranahan I believe if your port is not able to supply the proper current(probably just from general wear from other usb devices) then they are using the hub to regulate the power coming into the board.

If the hub does not work I definitely suggest reinstalling the USB driver.

hello @efraim-fleisher it appears you placed the #include <SmartInventor.h> inside of the setup function. It must be placed outside of the setup on the top. Hope this helps.
