The ROKIT main board continually blinks and has a tone. I cannot change programs. All software has been loaded and it recognizes the board. Any clues?

Hi @JC! I updated your settings so that you'll get a notification any time someone replies specifically to you. Carl can help you out if you're able to send over a video of what's going on. You could upload to Google Drive and link it, or post an unlisted video on YouTube.

              Hi JC!

Because our board uses Infrared(IR) sensors sometimes natural/ambient light can trigger the sensors. As a result you will see the led shift over and over.

Try moving away from areas with too much uv lighting and you should be able to have it function.

If you provide a video showing what is ocurring then that may provide us more information so that we can assist you!
