Not able to upload code.

We have two smart inventor V2, we are able to upload code to one of them but not the other. It's having error messages. Here's the screenshot. Please help.!!

Hi Carter, can you post a video on youtube and keep it as unlisted? then post that link here. The provided error on Arduino lists that as a connection error, but seeing that you are able to download onto the other board, that means something might not be functioning properly with your board.
