Having trouble connecting computer to codrone

  • We just purchased several codrones for the classroom and we are having trouble connecting the computer to the codrone. I've attached a picture of how our computer is set up. We've downloaded the codrone software and have the Bluetooth plugged into the computer. When I try to connect the computer to the codrone, it gives me 2 options, COM4 and COM3. It will show searching from port and then come back and show unable to connect to port. What do I need to do to connect to the codrone?0_1550015768705_codrone.JPG

    Hm..Snap! should have prompted you to install a driver. Did you complete step 2 of this lesson? Without installing the driver you will not be able to connect to your CoDrone via USB. If you have already done so let me know so I can set up a call for further support 🙂
