Codrone Lite driver

I cannot download the Codrone Lite driver. I am on windows 10 using Dell Inspiron 15 7000 gaming laptop.

For Windows 10, you will need to install the CP210x driver from Silicon Libs. Under Windows 10, choose the "Download VCP (2.3 MB)" option. Are you getting an error downloading the driver? Or has it been downloaded and it's not working? A screenshot of the error would also be very helpful. Thank you!
