    Is it possible to save the current machine program in the remote, even without the source code, in order to then later download that same machine code into the remote, without having to compile any source code?

        @reggiehg ,
        Let me know if I understood your question correctly. Once you upload code to the SmartInventor board it will remain there until you upload another program. For example, the default flight controller code comes with the kit, but if you have uploaded another program to it and want to use the flight controller again, you will need to reupload in Arduino. Go to the toolbar and find File>Examples>CoDrone>Controller>Flight Controller.

          In other words, is it possible to archive previously compiled & downloaded hex code from the remote even if the original source code is no longer available?
