      @robolink_leila I sure will it’ll be heading your way. I’m sure that’s what it is because I didn’t change anything but the pi and it started working. The GPIO header looked ok without any solder shorting across pins.

        @sealfish Could you please send your RaspberryPi to our office? We will diagnose the issue and if we find something wrong we will contact you for reimbursement. Thank you!

            @robolink_leila I did get mine working by swapping out the R Pi Zero. I had one around here that I had to find first and then had to solder a GPIO header on it. But the R P Zero was my problem. So how can we go about swapping the bad Pi that came with the Zumi out?

                    @sealfish Could you attach an image of all the wiring? We may need to do a support call with you. I will send you an email to the email associated with this forum account with the information where you can schedule a support call. Thank you!

                      I’ve flashed the same microSD card that came with the Zuni two different times with two separate downloads and it does the same thing it never gets past loading. I tried it twice just to be sure the download wasn’t corrupted, which it wasn’t. I tried with a brand new class 10 64GB microSD and it did the same. That’s the smallest empty card that I had. I pulled the drive out of Zuni and powered it on just to see what would happen and it did the same thing that it did with the card in it except it would go past the loading... screen to a screen that says, Zumi can’t wake up X X. I backtracked all the wiring and everything is correct. Apparently there’s a problem somewhere else. How about I send this one back and you send another one to me?
                      Thanks

                        @sealfish @Matth This is an unknown issue and we will get our team working on it right away. I will update you as soon as we have an answer. In the meantime, please reflash your SD card following the tutorial.

                          @robolink_leila it definitely doesn't just need to wait longer. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and it just kept saying loading.

                            That’s all mine does also. I waited till y’all sent the extra part before assembling mine and it will boot till it says loading and that’s it. I tried to leave a video but it said I didn’t have enough privileges. I would really like to get this working soon.

                              @Matth ,
                              It may take a few minutes for the instructions to appear on the screen. If you see "Zumi can't wake up", your SD card may be missing or damaged. If the problem persists, please attach a video clip, if possible. Thank you!
