      I can't connect Zumi to the internet

      Zumi web show "Uh oh, I couldn't get online."

      Can't use the online function yet?

        @Aladdin If you are having trouble getting online, you can update your Zumi version manually.Here are the instructions for uploading the new SD card image. Thank you for waiting!

                @Omareve I looked up your router and it looks like it has configuration for 2.4GHz. Have you tried this yet? Or any other network like a cafe or mobile hot spot?

                    @aladdin If your home network is a 5GHz network, unfortunately, Zumi cannot connect to those. Can you give me the network specifications?

                      It doesn't work at home.
                      The WiFi device Provided by a network carrier(KT in Korea)
                      But,
                      It's OK in my office using personal WiFi device (iptime)

                        @Aladdin Hi there, we recently published our FAQs which may help you:
                        Why can’t I connect to WiFi?
                        If Zumi cannot connect to your network the first time, it may not have communicated information in time. If the connection fails after multiple attempts, your network may not be stable or you are trying to connect to a captive network (like a coffee shop or airport). Try again or let me know if you are having this issue consistently. We have our team working on it!
