      Hi,

      My Zumi kit includes two pieces of same side velcro. I sent email and they suggested I post here. Can you please send replacement?

          Ah, well I'm not the one who called it velcro. That's what the instructions say 😄 !!

          I definitely suggest you update the Parts List!

            @gojira As @gpvillamil mentioned, both sides are supposed to be the same and "locks" into place. Let me know if you have any questions!

              The material is not velcro, it is 3M Dual Lock. Both sides are the same. It requires a little more pressure than Velcro to lock in place.
