        Same happened to me. Sent request via Zumi Replacement Form. Cutting it is a brilliant idea!

                I also only received one piece of dual-lock, but it was large enough to be cut in half...

                        @andjue24 You should have received two pieces of Dual Lock that were roughly the same size. One attaches to the battery and the other to the motors. You may need to apply a little bit of pressure for the Dual Lock to stick. I attached some images as well. Hope this helps!0_1567016300103_velcro_pieces.jpg

                          @robolink_leila Please have a look at the picture. One side of the 3M tape („velcro“) is clued to the battery, the other side has kind of a velcro structure that cannot stick.                             @andjue24 The "velcro" is meant to lock to itself. Both sides are the same. We are working on changing the wording in the manual so it is less confusing. Let me know if you have any further questions!
