Codrone Falls

When my codrone takes off, it hovers for about .5 second and then drops about a foot instead of staying level. How can I fix this?
-
@dbergman There are a few sensors on the underside of the drone at the front that cannot be covered by any labels. See picture below

@robolink_leila can you tell me more about obstructing sensors. I have tape on them for names, but might be covering. How would I know?
-
Perfect! Works great now! Thank you!

@dmars2001 From the image you have the correct sensor and it is not being obstructed. I am attaching the calibration tutorial so you can try this.

I have made sure all the motors are connected and replaced all the blades. How do I run a calibration test, and what are the results I am looking for? Here is a pic of the bottom of my drone.

@dmars2001 Could you attach an image of the bottom of the drone? I wonder if maybe that sensor is being covered. I would also take a look at the motors and check that the motors are not stuck. Doing a calibration test might help for this.

I'm using the Petrone app on my phone to fly the drone, so I don't think I'm using calibration code. Also, I am using fully charged batteries. I can't provide a video at this time. I have another Codrone that operates just fine when doing all the same things. Any ideas?

@dmars2001 If you are running calibration code, then this is normal, but if not, it sounds like maybe your battery is low or there is another error. If you could attach a screenshot of the code or send a video, that would help us diagnose the issue. Thanks!

Can someone please help me with this?
