Customer Question: I have attempted to use my Mac to start the process, but I have followed the instructions and the Port does not show up in Arduino. It is present in the Mac. Please let me know your thoughts, thanks.

@robolink_hansol You might've encountered an issue with running the VCP driver. Please try the following link and this should solve the issue: MAC VCP Driver for reference the installation can be found here:
https://www.robolink.com/how-to-install-the-arduino-ide-2/If you are using an older MAC OS you may need to use the legacy drivers found here: https://www.silabs.com/community/interface/knowledge-base.entry.html/2017/01/10/legacy_os_softwarea-bgvU

@rickman30 If your board is not on the list you may not have installed the board files. Please do so by doing the following:
Download and install Rokit Arduino add-on files
Before you can start using the Smart Inventor Board with the Arduino IDE, you'll need to download the Rokit add-on files. Click here to do that!Unzip the compressed file named “rokitarduinov1-0-9-1”.
Run the Arduino IDE.
Click the "File" tab.
Go to "Preferences."
Click the "Browse" button to find and select the folder where you unzipped “rokitarduinov1-0-9-1”.
Exit out of Arduino and then reopen it.Click on the "Tools" tab and select the board you are using. If you're not sure which one you have, look on the front of your Smart Inventor Board and check the green sticker. For example, if your board says "Smart Inventor V2," you should select "Rokit-SmartInventor-mega32_V2".
