      I can connect to my Zumi easily but once it reads "Go to zumidashboard.ai in your browser" and I try to connect, I get stuck on an endless loading screen on the dashboard. I waited longer than 10 minutes and it never connected.

        I apologize this message got lost in the thread! Did you get this resolved? Our latest dashboard version is at 2.02 and 2.10 is being released soon.

          @robolink_leila Hi, I have the same issue with an endlesss loading screen. Before updating zumi the version number was 1.27. I'll be very gratefull for your help.

            @shoon @cmagee1212 I will be sending an email to you both with a solution. Our initial version of the dashboard has some trouble getting online but we will be able to update that for you. Please check your emails associated with your forum account. Thank you!

              For mine I was able to connect once and it said "A firmware update is available". Once I started the firmware update it started a countdown from 5 and on 3 it said the connection to the internet (or maybe to zumi?) was lost. Ever since that happened I get the current problem where i can connect to Zumi in my wifi but I am not able to load the dashboard.

                @robolink_leila i have not updated the version as far as i am aware. I breifly connected to internet once but haven't been able to again.
