I currently have Zumi about half-an-inch away from a wall and my IR sensors are currently readin 97 and 105 for the left and right front sensors respectively, so with the canned code Zumi would barely detects an object on the left.

I feel like the numbers shouldn't be this high. Is there a way to correct calibrate the infrared sensors?

@robolink_leila Ok maybe it's just background interference. Thank you.

@rboetto There is no need to calibrate the IR sensors. They do not measure distance, but they measure the intensity of infrared reflecting back from whatever is in front of it. 🙂
