      I apologize if this is answered elsewhere, I did look but I couldn’t find anything.We are having trouble with battery placement. When we install the battery as indicated by the labels and the diagram, the wire appears to be going the wrong direction. Also I assume it is supposed to fit snugly but we had to loosen the screws on the posts to make it fit is that to be expected? I would appreciate any help you can give on this. Thank you!!

        @mrschunsclass There was a mistake in the labeling of the battery. Sorry about that! Flip the battery in such a way so that the wire is pointing toward the back. If it's a tight fit, you can remove the dual-lock velcro and try orienting the battery vertically instead. As long as the connector reaches and nothing is puncturing the battery it will be fine.
