      Hello, Zumi is not able to get past Waking up. I have updated the sd card version based on other posts on this forum but I get the same result.

      I have also made sure the connections to the display are secure.

      Any help is appreciated.

        @ggale12 Unfortunately, some of our customers with that particular OLED have issues so we are replacing them. We will contact you via the email associated with your forum account to get a replacement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

          @robolink_leila Here is a picture of the screen. Another thing is that I can see the zumi wifi signal on a computer/mobile device and connect to it. But cannot get to zumidashboard.ai.

            @ggale12 This looks like a malfunctioning screen, but just to be sure, can you take the shell off and take a picture of the OLED screen? We are looking for some numbers printed on the bottom right of the screen. Please attach your picture to this thread. Thanks!
