    Can't upload arduino code to controller

      I have followed all instructions to upload the code to the controller. I keep getting the following error message:

      I have ensured I have DIP switch 1 on and 2 and 3 off. I have the blue LED flashing.

        @ksmith20 Could you send a picture of your setup as well? There may be an issue where the BLE module is not properly connected to the Arduino board. If you are still having issues, I will send you an email with some instructions on how to schedule a support call.

          I can get all of my other controllers to work, just not this one.

            I have tried reinstalling the drivers again, and used another computer and cord but I'm still having the issue.

              @ksmith20 Could you send a screenshot of the port and board name you are trying to upload to? This can be found in the "Tools" menu. Any COM port other than COM1 should work and make sure you have the v2 version of Rokit Smart Inventor board. If you are still having issues, let us know! You may have had an issue downloading board or driver files.
