Zumi not charging

I have a new Zumi that is not charging. When the usb charging cable is plugged in and Zumi is powered off, there are no LED lights and the display is blank. When I turn Zumi on, it is showing 0% battery. I have tried different cables, I have also checked the power slot and it seems okay and not faulty.

@sharon We apologize for the delay. While we look into the issue, could you try charging your Zumi by connecting to the Raspberry Pi (green board) instead? You can access those by opening the window on Zumi's left side. Let us know if this works or not so that we can contact you for a possible replacement.
