      Two of my students had their profile disappear, meaning they can't access their code now. Is there a way to access it another way?

        @sharon If the account wasn't deleted by mistake, then the user does exist but the browser is having trouble loading it. We recommend closing the tab and reloading the page completely. If it doesn't show up after a few tries, there is a way that you can access the user data but we would need to set up a support call to show you how. Let us know if this helps!
