      Last week I talked to Brandon and Hensel. We went through all of the solutions and I was told to post a video of what is happening. It wont let me post the video because it says I do not have enough privileges for this action.

          @delanecarty If you could post more of the specifics that would definitely help. even uploading the video to youtube or a drive(as mentioned above) can definitely help us with diagnosing the issue. Just post the link on here and we can work on getting your issue resolved.

            @Loui2 Thanks for the recommendations! Yes @delanecarty, if you're able to post to a Drive and share it, or just share an unlisted YouTube video, or use @Loui2's recommendation for streamable, that'd be an easy way to share video. You can also e-mail us the video at info@robolink, if you'd like to just share the file. I'm sure @robolink_carl will be able to help you with the video capturing the issue.

                Hello, you can try using something like Google Drive to upload the video and then posting the link here.
