Hi - just trying to get started with CoDrone. One motor is consistently not working - it's the same one every time. I'm using the iOS Petrone app and clicking the 'Take off' button.

What's my best course of action?

          Hi @jbasketts!
From the video, it seems as though that is a manufacturer defect.
I can help you get that replaced right away!

Can you email me at grace@robolink.com with your shipping address?

@jbasketts It sounds like it must be a lack of contact between the wire and main board. If you're having trouble still, I'll put you in touch with @robolink_grace, who can help with handling replacing a defect.

Quick update - I've had all the motors off and replaced them. The motor is working now but intermittently. I have just read the support article about bending up the wires so I will try that. Will keep you posted.

Thanks @robolink_wes - I've done this and no improvement. I also swapped the motor to a new arm and the same motor didn't work on that arm, so I think it is probably defective. How do I obtain replacement?

The motor itself may not be having contact with the mainboard. Try removing the motor from the arm, and plugging it back in to the arm. If you try it a few times and it doesn't work, it may be a defect, which we can definitely help you take care of.
