@robolink_leila I am using Chromebooks with the Drone Lite and Snap Program. Our school has had a lot of issues with Snap trying to run the same program and be consistent is one while the other is it decides not to read the bluetooth and connect.
Would you recommend I use Blockly instead? What has shown to work best with a chromebook?

Drone is pairing but then "error board not connected"
The drone is pairing with the bluetooth but when the Snap code is clicked on to run the message "error board not connected" appears and nothing else. It will not execute the program we have created for it.

Factory Reset
Our school has 8 coDrone Lites that have been working fairly well up until yesterday. The drones, one at a time, have slowly lost the ability to pair. I am trying to remember what the steps were to reset the factory settings on them. I hold the button on the side of the drone until the eyes turn Gold but it does not do an initial flight test. What am I doing wrong?

Codrone powers in the opposite direction
When give the command to take-off the Codrone will not lift off the ground but instead trys to go do into the ground in reverse. I have not had this problem before.
I have 6 of these drones for my school and we have also had some issues with each one flying very different using the same program. Could be a battery issue. Is there a method and time that will charge the battery and not degrade it over time?
