Even with the gray "when key press"blocks it still does not respond. Sometimes land responds after being pressed five times or more. This is very frustrating as we have spent $1500 plus more for our class drones and I don't feel like we are able to use them consistently. There always seems to more problem drones and only a couple of them work well. We bought 11 in total.

Yes, I have checked for hairs and such, reattached the motors as well as use the guard all the time. Are other users having the same problem?

RE: How to land softly?
@dorothy306 I wish I knew. They are landing hard and not responding to the keyboard commands. Because of this, I have to keep repairing the propellers which is driving up the operating cost.

RE: Propellers
The propellers do not spin. The little plastic propellers themselves. I keep having to change them out which is driving up the operating cost for my classroom. I have spent $80 on propellers and a new motor just to keep them working this month. This is not sustainable. The PTA spent money on the drones ($1500) and now we have to pour more money into it.

Keyboard Input/Events
HI, When we (my class and I) use the keyboard input (when backspace key) and program it to use the up key to go, the drone does not respond. I wanted the kids to be able to program the keyboard to be able to control the drone but the only event/keyboard input that works is "land" and you have to press it about 5 times before it responds.

Propellers
Hi, we are having trouble with the propellers. We are going through propellers like crazy? Are there any other ways to make the propellers work when they stop spinning? They haven't broken they just stop and when I change them it works but nothing seems to be wrong with them.
