@robolink_leila The communication provided by customer service has left me feeling very frustrated. I waited a month for a response, I'm told it will be looked at (again) and now I have waited another month without any follow up. I have purchased 30 Zumi's for my classes and I can't get any support. This is beyond disappointing. Two months of waiting for a response that appears would take a day or two with nothing real to show for it. Why? Please provide something solid instead of leaving me hanging out there. Thank you.
